COWICHAN CAMP offers the ideal setting for participants looking for the ideal outdoor experience.  While it is operated by a church organization, the physical site itself functions as a multi‑use outdoor venue: cabins, open fields, forested areas, river access, and infrastructure designed to support large groups, events, and gatherings.  Cowichan Camp sits immediately adjacent to the Cowichan River, forestry roads, and the Burnt Bridge Classic route. Riders can roll directly from the venue onto race‑quality terrain for pre-riding 1 day prior to the race—no neutral transfers, no traffic complications, and no need for remote staging.  The venue offers onsite accommodation with cabins, bunkhouses, RV/Campervan sites, washrooms, showers.  It also provides Shelter for volunteers and officials, Indoor space for timing, results, and commissaire operations.
